House Rules

• This bamboo villa is our pride and its build with flammable materials so it’s needless to say that fire is extremely dangerous. Bandido is our home, please treat it, and leave the property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition.
• Smoking is NOT allowed in the whole property. Outside property only, i’ts just a few steps.
• Our insurance does not cover a fire because of smoking, so if the guest smokes we’ll require the guest and their party, including visitors to vacate Bandido immediately, without compensation or refund.
• We would like to ask you not to leave the air-conditioning on for 24 hours because, as you know, that’s bad for the environment. Ensure AC is turned off when not at the villa or not using your bedroom.
• We do not allow parties at Bandido, as we want to maintain peace for your fellow Bandido guests. Besides we wish to avoid loud noises that could interfere with the natural ambience of the property.
• Drones are only allowed to fly with prior consent of our manager Made. If you wish to fly a drone, please speak to him prior.
• If you wish to bring pets, please contact us in advance to check
• Bandido is for registered guests only. If you want to invite outside guests, we recommend to pre-arrange.
• An early check in and a late check out request can be arranged subject to availability, just ask our staff.
• We have welcomed many families and guests bringing children at Bandido. However, by making a reservation you acknowledge the design of our villas which naturally has plenty of stairs, steps, and edges. We also have an infinity swimming pool which is not specifically designed to accommodate young children. By staying at Bandido, you agree to attend your children at all times and be held responsible for any children-related incidents when staying at the property.
• No child amenities are provided. We are very family friendly (and our young children love coming here!). However, no high chairs, no cribs, no pack and play, no swimming pool fence will be provided. If this is not a good fit for your immediate family needs, kindly consider booking a better suited infant / toddler ready property.
• Please note that we have the right to deny entry if the persons who show up for the stay ARE NOT the one who made the reservation, unless this was communicated prior and agreed by us. If you want to make an indirect booking using somebody else’s Airbnb/Booking account (through your friend’s or family’s account, please make sure that this would be communicated with us in advance)
• Any damage or losses caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be the guest’s responsibility. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the rental period, any Bandido representative may require the guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the property immediately, without compensation or refund. Damaged or lost keys will be fined $60.
• Bandido is not suitable for those with less mobility.
• Bandido is not suitable for anyone who has a nature phobia and is afraid of bugs lizards or critters from nature. You must be okay with insects and open-air environments.
