Checking- in & checking- out

  • Check-in time is from 02:00pm
  • Check-out time if at 11:00am
  • A late check-out after 11:00am or anytime between 11:00am – 05:00pm should be requested the day of the departure and      will be charged up to 50% of the villa’s rate.
  • Check-out after 05:00pm will be charged at a full night rate and can be booked in advance

Extra beds, babies and kids

  • We cannot arrange extra-beds in any of our villas.
  • Every room sleep max 2 adults + 1 baby below 3 years old.
  • If you need any accessory for your baby we’ll try to provide them, or we’ll put you in contact with a company that rents it.
  • Please read our House Rules HERE if you haven’t already.

Little bit of this and a little bit of that

  • We don’t provide floating breakfast neither any floral arrangement
  • As you can read in our House Rules parties, events or gathering are not allowed at the villas. In consequence neither are light systems, DJ booths or foam machines.
  • Garden lights will turn off at 11:00pm automatically, as we think this is more sustainable and benefits the wellbeing of the neighboring villas.
