- Check our availability and prices via our online booking system and BOOK DIRECT
- If you have any special needs our manager will respond to you via email with options and prices. Email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Groups or special event requests please email us directly at email@example.com for terms and conditions
- Bookings are not final until payment is received and you have received a confirmation email.
- Total payment will be made in the booking process.
- Booking will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice before bookings are confirmed
- Events and group bookings are subject to separate booking terms and conditions. Please enquire via email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Photoshoots and drones are not permitted unless approved by management
- Check-in time is 14:00 ; check-out time is 11:00
Cancellations & Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Payment can be made via credit card
- Credit card payments are subject to a 3% charge fee for event & bookings
- All payment fees are the responsibility of the guest

Check in & check out policy
- Check in time is from 2pm
- Check out time is at 11am
- A late check-out between 11:00am and 05:00pm should be requested the day before of the departure and will be charged up to 50% of the rate.
- Late check-out is subject to availability and it will be confirmed the day of departure at Front Desk
- Check-out after 05:00pm will be charged at a full night rate
